Waranty Details
The Warranty protects against manufacturing defects that may have been overlooked by our Quality Assurance Team. The warranty does not protect against theft or abuse.
Limited to one replacement per customer. Alternation or abuse voids this policy. Please note that this policy does not apply to sale products discounted beyond 20%, which are only replaceable if defective upon arrival.
We reserve the right to deny claims that we believe are abusing this policy.
To initiate a Warranty claim, please email our team here with photos of your jewelry item(s) and your order number. Do not dispose of any defective items as we will be unable to assist if it is disposed of.
Once the Warranty claim is approved by our team, we will send a discount code that will apply as a credit for the value of the defective item(s).
At this time, we're unable to reimburse shipping on warranty claims.
